Great hotel and wonderful amenities. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast and kickback awe so yummy and convenient. If you are going to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the stadiums, or Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse you can walk! Great restaurants also walkable on 4th.

Would love to see a safe in the room.

Paying for parking and not having the option of self parking.

Beautiful building

The grounds and entrance and location are perfect breakfast and dinner was great not off main road everything was walkable and beautiful love that had place to walk a dog even though I didn’t bring mine.

Parking having to pay for valet parking didn’t realize when booked there was no parking.

Everything!!! I had a quick, easy check in and the evening's happy hour, known as a "kickback" was great. There seemed to be one guy working and he was amazing; keeping everything full and stocked(give him a raise). The rest of the evening was peaceful and relaxing. Will be making another visit as soon as possible

Valet parking was a plus. Unique building, very clean and staff was very welcoming. Doors lock at night and you need room key to enter. Also need room key to access guest floors from elevator which is a nice safety feature. Room was spacious and cozy. Despite location, noise was not an issue. Very quiet and peaceful inside. Excellent location, within walking distance to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and Progressive Stadium.

Apart from complimentary breakfast, food and drinks were overpriced.

The building is gorgeous. It used to be the Department of Education, and I sure hope as much money went into Cleveland public schools as went into the original construction of this building. They preserved as much as they could during the renovation. The staff were very personable and helpful, and maybe that’s a Midwest thing, but everyone was so nice. I’m not used to that so it was weird at first, but to my fellow NY/NJ/CT travelers, it was wonderful and not scary at all. Kudos to the staff. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast and the afternoon snacks (I forget what they call it) were great and included in the very reasonable room rate. The Teacher’s Lounge treated us well, and the location was perfect for our first, but definitely not last trip to Cleveland. If you’re going to a game or visiting the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, this is a great hotel because it’s all in walking distance.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, wenn auch nicht stark abwechslungsreich. Es gab dafür auch noch Abendessen und Nachmittags Popcorn inklusive, was für uns eine nette Überraschung war. Das Parken im Hotel und generell in Cleveland ist nicht billig, aber das Parkhaus direkt hinter dem Hotel ist schon mal deutlich billiger. Das Personal hat uns dort aber sogar hin empfohlen. Pool und Whirlpool waren immer leer.
