I loved the room itself, it was so nice, clean, and comfortable.

I was a little disappointed in the fact there wasn’t a mini fridge and microwave in room. However; I understand that there was 24 floors in the motel we stayed in and having them all stocked with appliances would be a far stretch.

The location is excellent. The reservation staff was excellent. The room was roomy. The bathroom was clean with excellent water pressure

The airport shuttle service guy was rude and late both times. The shows in the midway game area only showed at night not during the day

The bed was comfortable.

The first night, there was a couple next door with a baby and a toddler. I was dead asleep when they went into the room. The couple made no effort to quiet the children for at least two hours. There were lots of shops, drinking spots, etc that were closed during my weeklong stay. I understood places going dark on a Monday but on a Thursday night?!

Bedsheets had a blood looking stain, took forever to get a crib for housekeeping to bring to my room, the room phones work terribly you can not hear the customer service. Got a room near a party of fifteen guys and they were loud all night and my baby couldnot sleep. It really needs to be smoke free casino there should be no reason people can smoke indoors.

The room was very tidy.

The air conditioner in the room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.

The room was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The casino was fun, and food very tasty.

Convenient to things that you wanted to do 

Problems with the escalators, not working, and quit working in the middle of being on one and the signage for where the front desk was to check in. Also the parking lot or not marked very well either.

It was perfect place for the kids. The beds were comfortable and the food was good

No Valet. My husband is injured so it was a hassle to get all of our stuff to our room w no rack or valet

Not enough employees at checkin. Too slow. Fee charged at check-in was a surprise, not explained ahead of check-in that you were going to charge more money against my credit card.

No Circus acts, many carnival games unattended, slot machines no payback, carpets dirty in general areas, registration entrance dirty, no buffet

It's location. The firmness of the bed was perfect for a goodnight sleep.

The hotel was so close to I-80

We had reserved two rooms but they were not clean. The Coffee maker and the Mattress’ sheets. We called the desk to tell them that the mattress’ sheets were not clean. It took one hour but, nobody showed up and as it was 2 o’clock we had to goo to sleep and told the desk to forget it.

The Row was dead during the day. Night was full of college kids. No keno so we went to silver legacy. It was not fun either. Went to our concert then went home the next morning

The staff was great

the Tram was not running between the two buildings and we where there with bowling equipment and have to go up and down stairs with this equipment and suit cases was not an option when I am all ready having knee problems. So need to work this out because I saw many people having problems with stairs and luggage.

The trash cans had food trash from previous occupant that was very smelly. There was a rattle in the wall that rattled every time the wind blew. The AC/fan sounded like it was dying a slow painful death..
