They didn’t even service me no housekeeping Room smelled like smoke and dogs

Staff was awesome. The room air conditioner worked great. The room was very clean.

The check in process was a breeze and the staff was the absolute best.

Everything was superb!!

The refrigerator was broken although I did not report it until in the morning. Plus in the morning the potty stopped working. It did not overflow; it just would not flush.

Rain came in window above air conditioner, enough to soak 4 bath towels. Booked on booking.com for $96, charged $137!

I DID NOT STAY AND CANCELLED AT SITE... Fairfield CHANGED my room to two queen beds when I had booked a suite with a couch due to my sleep apnea and how I have to sit up some in the night..the two queen beds would NOT work.. so they agreed to cancel with NO charges. I went next door to Comfort Inn who had the room with a couch I needed.

I did NOT like how they changed my reservation without notifying me until I walked into the hotel. They said they did not have my phone number to call me? They offered a 10% discount for the change but I could NOT deal with that type of room. Next door at Comfort Inn the room was nicer for a lower fee for the same thing (a suite with a couch) so I went there.

Receptionist was kind. Room was able to get cold.

The carpet was dirty and missing patches, room was musty smelling, beds were uncomfortable and felt like a major whole / dent in the middle of the bed, shower was dirty and didn’t drain, tv remote barely worked
