Did not know they had breakfast

Room was well used and abused. Hole in ceiling over a bed, beds were like sleeping on broken boards, place was not up kept in anyway. Just dirty feeling.

There was cockroaches in the room.

Roaches. Hair on tub. Brown substance splattered on bathroom door and wall. Toilet seat broken. Cigarette smell. Hard bed.

Location.

Where do we start. Yard filled with dog waste. Water ran in shower all night. Pictures are deceiving. Rust all over dining room chairs. We fixed the microwave.

Receptionist so friendly

People knocking on my door. No soap or personal shampoo. Lots of noise outside during late night.

Good location! The room needs a little handy work done.

There were a couple places were the trim was coming off

The office staff Genitalman was kind and around just real .

The room was filthy . Floor was terrible I clean no matter if I'm at HILTON, OR STUDIO 6,BUT this first time I've ever had to use 4 cleaning cloths in order to get a floor to a motel , or hotel Clean to where the rag finally stop being PURE BLACK , That's how dirty it was..., Also the studio side, aka kitchenette room are filled with roaches.. There are way under staffed on house keepers , And if they are under paid , or told to clean a room should only take you told 20 minutes then your return will always be Comments that do not bring in the different type of clientele. Owners of any establishment should realize even though you might have contracts with out-of-state or out of the city state or road or government workers here and there that doesn't mean that you will always have that coming in you around to keep your business afloat so do not count on your out-of-state contracts though it matters your local and your traveling through clientele should matter just as much .
