I was not prepared for the additional $100 deposit required. Between the surprise of it & the extra steps I had to take to accommodate providing cash vs using the card I used to reserve the room… We were late for the party we drove 5 hours to attend.

Nothing about the hotel was nice. The staff was rude and couldn’t figure out how to help us.e and my fiancée waited for hours to try and figure out stuff the manager messed up.

The staff was absolutely horrendous. He was rude and didn’t know basic information about the hotel. I called earlier in the day to make sure it was 18+ check in, he told me it was and so I paid online. When I got there he told me it was 21+ check in. I was now 2 hours away from home with no where to stay because he gave me wrong information.

Staff really friendly. Clean. Great price for good room.

Employees are always nice and helpful. Rooms are good size. Love that doors to the rooms are private and outside, not a hallway.

There was no breakfast.

When I arrived one of the locks on the door was loose, screws had pulled out of the door. When I told the manager, at first he blamed me because the lock had to be fine when housekeeping left that day. He stated that he wanted to come look at it and because it was late, I waited to go to bed for about a half an hour and he still was not there. He came after I had gone to bed to inspect. He told me to tell the person who was going to inspect in the morning about it but then no one inspected. I did tell the morning manager about it.
