The continental breakfast

I liked the size of the suites. The breakfast in the morning was good with lots of options. The staff was very friendly.

The room did not smell clean- maybe urine? They could use a little updating.

There's a huge issue with the water. The mixing valves for the entire system do not work correctly and the water keeps changing from hot to cold. Extremely annoying when you're in the shower or washing your hands or face.

Love that the property consists of different buildings instead of one giant building. Beautiful rooms, no noise pollution from other rooms. The breakfast was also excellent.

Great little condos and so easy to get to Killington for the day from here. Very quiet, and larger than my first one bedroom apartment! Always enjoy a stay here, but let's face it, there are only maybe 3 places to stay in the Rutland area any longer. This place does not house homeless for the state, which is a reason we keep coming back. Too scary and downright filthy at many other places in Rutland with frequent police visits and drug deals in the open. Best Western is my go to place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, close to both skiing at Killington and dinner options in Rutland. Breakfast hours are also great for skiing, i.e., starting early at 6:30 am. Food was mostly ok.

When we arrived in our room, the bathroom looked like it had not really been cleaned. Towels were new, but there was hair all over the floor and some of the appliances. The temperature in the room was way too warm and uncontrollable. We turned the heat off, but there seemed to be hot pipes running through the closet or walls which kept the temperature in the room at 77F or higher.

The breakfast area had a lot of options for guests. Although I didn't partake, the children seemed to like it. It does get a big crowded in there.

The room we checked into smelled like cigarette smoke and unfortunately with their best attempts ( window opened, air freshener) the small would not leave. The pullout bed (couch) was very uncomfortable and is not ideal for sleeping. (You can feel the bars under the mattress.) The place really needs an update and better cleaning.

The road was kind of close to the room I had. Road noise wasn't great but not a deal breaker.
