Close Distance To Ski Area. Condo Was Very Clean, very comfortable mattresses.

Location right next to Sun Dog trail is great for starting off the day, coming home for lunch, and ending the day at home with a nice fire.

Ski on location was great, discovered a snowshoeing trail nearby, wish we had a map. Parking easy and a short drive to Bear, and a little farther to Snowshed if you have new skiers needing equipment. The firewood supply was good, though wood was not dry and no matches could be found- had to purchase and left plenty for next renter. Fancy master bedroom bath very nice, good water temp and pressure. 2nd bedroom cramped and dark, adult cannot sleep in upper bunk without hitting head. Nice kitchen appliances, seating for 6 at dining table adequate - would be nice to have a spare chair somewhere. Nice refrigerator with plenty of space. Stove, oven, and microwave worked fine and were clean. Laundry downstairs worked fine and a nice convenience. Downstairs bedroom was basically a mattress on the floor and was not used.

Prior renters had pancake batter stuck on some utensils and cookware. Not enough plates of any size, no small bowls, and limited flatware - enough for 1 meal only if you have 6 people. We usually like to cook after a day of skiing, perhaps more renters eat out. Took a lot of care to get fire started in fireplace, wood too wet, no matches, and we had experienced fireplace folks. Used the milk crate to bring in and store wood, which was helpful. Heating system was strange- floor radiators were never warm but the dining room, living room floors were warm? Radiant system? Smaller bedroom was quite cold at night and we used our sleeping bags on beds. Lastly there was a constant alarm beeping heard thru out lower floor but not from any obvious alarm system. This certainly would prevent anyone from sleeping in lower floor. It started 1st night and never went away over our 4 days.

I rented this townhome for its ski on/ski off accessibility and Killington had the ski on/ski off section closed. MY children and I were disappointed.

Quiet. Great kitchen and living area, very good mattresses. Strong wifi. Excellent communication with owner/operator.

Problem with the sliding door, so terrace was not accessible. Broken seat on some dining room chairs.

The property was in a great location! It was quiet but close to everything that we wanted to do in the few days we were up there. The hosts accommodations were fantastic. The fireplace was great for s’mores for the kids. The boys loved having their own room with bunk beds. They didn’t want to leave! We had everything that we needed and more! We will definitely be looking to book again! This was a great find and we were grateful to have found it. It was exactly what we needed!!!

The space was big enough. 2 full baths. The pool. The deck. Close to activities and Historic Rutland.

No AC as it very hot, . was told there fans in the closet, there was 1 and it was broken. The coffeemaker was only a 4 cup. The sliding glass door was very hard to open. The outside hot tub closed at 4:30. Had a group of 4 and there was only 3 outside chairs

We had a very relaxing summer stay at the apartment. I can imagine it being super busy in the ski season, but while we were there the place was very low-key. The apartment had everything we needed, including cookware, dishwasher, washer/dryer, multiple TVs. I was very impressed that one of the bathrooms had a steam shower. Overall, very pleased with the place. Ryan was very accommodating even when I made a mistake with the booking. He was patient and understanding, which is always highly appreciated.

Cleanliness could've been improved upon. There was unfortunately long hair on the shower wall and dirty sock under the couch. The high-traffic areas such as kitchen were pretty clean so I didn't mind the rest that much.

The kitchen has been redone however it could realy use some new pots, pans, plates and sliverware. Not nearly enough plates so had to constantly rewash them before the next meal. Only two wine glasses.

ski on/off was great!

The parking lot and walkways were poorly maintained during and after the snow storm. Leasee's were left to dig their cars out by borrowing shovels and having to ask strangers for help to get the car out. I didnt' see a single walkway cleared in 3 days.
