there was a pair of socks in the made bed, when we went out to leave on the last day someone had purposely thrown ice cream all over my vehicle

Things were cleanly and quiet all night. Bed was pretty comfortable and the shower was hot and stayed hot.

Near checkout time (about 15-20 min before) a staff member knocked but opened the door with their own key before waiting even 10 seconds for me to come to the door. Thankfully I had the chain locked. Pool was unfortunately closed but that's no ones fault.

staff were rude especially the day staff. the housekeeper walked in without knocking and I was still in bed. she told me I had to leave bc she needed to clean. they eavesdropped on calls I got to the room. I was FaceTiming my mom as I got ready and all of sudden a male employee walked in clear to bathroom about an issue with my booking. she witnessed the incident. I’m a young male and was very uncomfortable with him walking in on me. I was not fully dressed yet.

they had bed bugs. it smelled horrible in all the rooms. stains all over the bathroom walls stained towels it’s was a horrible experience.

Located in a great area but no breakfast

Asked about two extra pillows and given several excuses at different times why they couldn’t provide. Asked for a roll of toilet paper said they had no one to bring us any. Never brought clean towels as promised. We were there for 4 nights and expected some service kindness

booked my room for 2 people and got told when I was there it was for one person and had to get charged extra for my boyfriend
