Grounds and pool are beautiful. Rooms are clean and have very comfortable beds. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.
The only complaint is They have the old-fashioned wall aircondtioners/heaters. Just doesn't work like Central air and heat. One half of the room is cold and the other half too warm. Otherwise, the room was very nice.

We particularly enjoyed the garden area, looking down from above, and walking through.
It was easy to get to other locations from this hotel.
- when I checked in, nobody told me about the elevators or that there were luggage racks available - we are both in our 70s and somewhat capable, but it was tough lugging up our luggage - other than that miss, the front staff were always friendly and courteous.
- bed too soft for my husband
-I guess for the price I would have preferred to also have a porch area so that I could sit outside and look down

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what we got. Stay and room was fine, but definitely not worse the money. This is the first time ever I had to pay separately for parking!!! Even the price was off the roof, no breakfast included. One complimentary water bottle in the room, second one labeled "$2". LOL. Two people staying in the room, at least give complimentary bottle per person...
Overall, just not worse the money. Disappointed.
Too expensive, very stingy with perks. That was the main "did not like". Simple thing that would not matter, if it was not too expensive - bed was too soft for my taste, each person got two body pillows, instead of regular sleeping pillow (not that comfortable). There were "real" glasses in the room - I would have been ok with disposable plastic one, but lower room price. Overall, everything was OK, but not worse the money spent.

The room was clean and very nice. The beds were comfortable. There were adequate towels, body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Shower worked well. Staff (except for the trainee at the front desk) were very cordial.
1). The hotel consists of separate buildings and there is a lot of gravel. I was expected to walk to my own room and the wheels of my suitcase got scraped on the gravel.
2) Very limited restaurant hours and room service could not be delivered; you had to go pick it up.
3). One of the sliding shower doors was extremely difficult to open.
4). I realize that this was Father’s Day weekend and University of California-San Diego graduation weekend but paying $501.00 for my one night stay at this Sheraton felt like “highway robbery.”

Upset that we had to pay $27.00 per night to park our car in in the hotel parking lot considering we paid over $300.00 per night for our room.

The swimming pool and spa are excellent. The room is very big and has two queen beds.
Paying for high-speed wifi, when the room cost more than $200/day, makes no sense. The water pressure in the shower is very low. I don't think it contributes to reducing water consumption.

The location was good. Convenient to the shops and UCSD.
I booked a room with a garden view, but it was just a bush view. The room was the ground floor facing the garden but lower than the garden walkway. People could see inside the room if I kept the blinds open and also I couldn't see anything but bushes. It wasn't a garden view but bush view. It should be advertised as "room with a garden view". Additionally the ceiling was very low and I felt a little crushed. The shower door kept opening when I was taking a shower. My daughter had the same experience. I'll look for a different hotel next time.

Room was spacious and was easy to make use of devices and the bathroom shower. My wife has mobility issues but this room made it easy for her. The staff responded to my request for ease of access and put us by the elevator.
There were no issues or problems during our stay.
