The food was amazing.

This was a beautiful location online and even in person until we got in our room the bugs n nets was all over the place by the 2nd day it was bugs all in the shower. The shower wasn't clean we ended having to move our family to another room.

The breakfast was nice and all of the staff was wonderful. I came into breakfast last minute and a nice gentleman there helped me to still be able to have breakfast.

The reason I booked a stay here is because of the facilities they advertised. However, to my disappointment, their spa was closed. Alarms were going off and the place seemed to be making significant renovations. Airport shuttles were not available. I was not informed of this prior to making these reservations. I expected better of a highly reputable hotel with a high price.

The property has been recently remodeled & it looks so modern and sleek inside now. All the facilities were clean & the staff was very nice.

Since the remodel they removed the jacuzzi & increased the size of the pool (not heated)

Die Suite war gut aufgeteilt zum Bad/WC Zugang vom Wohnraum und separater Zugang vom Schlafzimmer. Zwei Echt große Fernseher . Frühstück war ordentlich. Der Herr an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.

Es wurde ein Fehler in der Buchhaltung gemacht , das Hotel hat versucht meine Kreditkarte mit 27.000,- Dollar für eine Nacht zu belasten. Zum Glück ist die Karten Firma dem nicht gefolgt und hat mich kontaktiert. Gut das Komma wurde aus versehen falsch gesetzt es waren 270,- kann passieren trotzdem hätte ich mir eine bessere Entschuldigung als nur ein Sorry vorstellen können. Schließlich musste ich des wegen 2 mal mit meiner Karten Firma in Europa telefonieren was auch nicht billig ist über Handy.

The facility was gorgeous! Very spacious lobby and bar area in addition to the flight deck. Flight deck was a plus to get away from “happy hour” and simply enjoy each other. The kitchenette was spacious and clean along with the living room area.

The entrance to the property was a bit tricky to find.

Friendly and professional staff! The front reception staff and shuttle bus driver were phenomenal! Afternoon Bartender exceptional. I would definitely stay here again. The room was beautiful.

The room trash wasn’t taken out in the bedroom, none of the dispensers were filled with body wash gel, shampoo or conditioner or lotion. Stuff left in refrigerator. It was definitely noisy for ongoing renovations which is to be expected.

The hotel was under renovation, and I couldn't get any rest due to the load noise coming from the construction, and the beds were really hard.
