Price for breakfast

I didn't eat anything at the hotel but my sister-in-law did and she enjoyed it.

Satisfied but the toilet is too small and low to the ground. Loved the shower!

The breakfast was great and the gentlemen working the breakfast shift was AWESOME

I don't think I understood that Wednesday night's room rate was going to almost double. That should not be the case if you are booked for a whole 5 days

good location

I waited an hour and half for my food which the kitchen had forgotten and were serving other diners who arrived well after me. By that time I had lost my appetite and went to my room. The bed linen were not ironed, in fact they looked as though already used. Could not sleep much, people shouting and laughing on the corridor in the middle of the night. The hotel was hosting a weekend venue . On the positive side, the breakfast was good and the lady on duty was very polite and gave me ideas what to see in Durham.

The bathroom was very nice and clean for the most part.

We had a ground floor room with a nice patio but I would have been happy without it . The room smelled of wet dog and mold was all on the carpet and around the patio door frame. To make matters worse the AC did not work at all which caused the smell to intensify to the point we had to open both doors for air and to air out the smell. We couldn’t even enjoy the room because it was so hot and muggy we had to leave until night time when it was a lot cooler to enjoy a nap because it was no way to comfortably have a good nights rest . Staff did nothing for us and the phone in the room didn’t work at all. Two nights of this was more than I could ask for.
