The continental breakfast. The availability of coffee, cookies, and water constantly. The little store in the lobby to purchase snacks and various sundries. Most importantly, the friendliness of all of the staff, from the front desk to the ones keeping the breakfast room stocked to the housekeeping services. Excellent!

Wish there had been a rod in the bathroom to hang the handtowel on. A folio in the room with nearby restaurant information and nearby attractions would have been helpful.

Construction early in morning on building right outside window. No listing that was under construction when booked. Barely slept.

they accommodated well even with the construction! we didn’t here anything while we were there and working

we didn’t know where the bedding was for the pull out sofa. so I had to search the room.

one of the beds in a double room I slept on side s/o slept on the other and both of us would slide to the middle like the bed was broken

Newly renovated, super clean. Excellent choices for all the room and bathroom trappings and hardware. Great value. Also a very good breakfast.

Room could use some updating...carpet was damp over by closet desk area ..must be have cleaned right before we arrived , otherwise room was clean.

We were counting on the indoor pool as entertainment for the kids, but it was closed the first full day we were there, with no warning from the front desk at check in or an email or text. Also, there was construction that went on and on, sounding like it was in the room next door although it was 2 floors up. It wasn't during the night time, but started 8 am- while we were still asleep. There was also a dog a few doors down that barked at every person walking past their door, every time the elevator opened, or any time someone's door closed. We know it is a pet friendly location, however the pets should be acclimated to travel if they are accepted.
