Comfy bed and a great restaurant.

Air conditioner did not work on a hot day and TV malfunctioned.

Looks like an old hotel that was redone - the interior is fine but seems overpriced for what it offers. it is on the water but most of the rooms face the parking lot. very dark.

We have stayed here many times. I love how you’re not inside a huge building and most (if not all) the rooms have a patio or balcony. It’s very pretty and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. We have no wish to stay anywhere else when we’re in Missoula.

It was a bit spendy when we stayed here in may.

The location for our business trip was perfect. We really enjoyed the restaurant! The room was very comfortable and relaxing. we had a wonderful view!

I would have liked a microwave in the room.

I ask for a river view room when I booked my stay 60 days in advance. What we ended up with was a room with a view of a wall headed to the pool, no light from outside and no view of any kind. The noise in this room from patrons coming and going kept us awake throughout each night. Requested room service (cleaning) took used towels and glasses but did not replace them. I have stayed at the Doubletree in Missoula multiple times. This stay was the most expensive.at $285/night and the most disappointing. Definitely not worth the cost.

I did like how quickly the staff brought me a band aid for my granddaughter. And their pleasantness.

I didn't like that I was told Breakfast was included/ I paid extra for it to be included and now I've been billed for it. And spoke with the front desk prior to this and to the restaurant on this but it was still charged to my cc with my room.
