My mom got us this room for the night. The people were super nice.

Our room was dirty. Still had food in fridge, bathroom floor was disgusting and sticky. Nothing was filled up in the bathroom (soap, body wash, etc.) My son’s shared the queen bed. They found a sock at the bottom.

Instructions on how to connect the xbox to the tv. We never figured it out in the room.

Staff was exceptional!

Unable to get the tv to work in the exercise room.

We loved the fact they had a bunk bed room that allowed our boys to have more space.

Breakfast was average. Nothing special, it was good. I wish they had waffle options not just pancakes. Only had sugar free syrup.

Convenient to the interstate

1st floor room with see thru curtains facing the parking lot. You can see directly into the room. Pool door directly across the hall so door slamming until late at night. Outside access door less than 10ft away from room door so that door opening and slamming all night long.

The room was perfect for our family of four. The girls loved having their own separate area to sleep in and hang out in.

I would have liked more options for breakfast.

We didn’t know the ‘express’ location was a different address. On booking.com we clicked on the downtown location on the map and it booked us at the express location very far away from downtown. the man at the downtown holiday inn front desk laughed at us and said “this happens all the time”. booking was deceiving and we ended up booking a different hotel in downtown last minute ):
