Location

1. Pool out of order ( we planned on swimming) 2. Fitness room closed 3. No fridge in the room 4. No microwave 5. Bathroom had no locks 6. Ice machine not working on our floor 7. Child size pillows Is there a way to somehow get reimbursed. I reserved 2 rooms one on 8th & 15th floor both had same issues.

The room was big enough for three people. However, there wasn't a roll away bed available, so one of us had to sleep on the loveseat, using the ottoman as a place for our legs to rest upon.

We were asked to pay a $200 CASH DEPOSIT for the room, IN ADDITION to the amount we paid for the room, just because we were from the same city in which the hotel was located, because of the time of year we were staying there. We were punished for the sins of others. The next morning the deposit COULD be returned to us after our room was INSPECTED by the hotel staff to determine whether we had caused any damage. If they decided we had caused any damage, they would keep the deposit. When we made the reservation, nothing about this was mentioned to us. Otherwise, obviously we would have stayed elsewhere. We chose this location simply because of its proximity to downtown.

Breakfast was awesome, and the fact that you have a pool is great! We were right in front of the Bank of Sprinfield Center, that is a big plus. we loved that it is the biggest building around, definitely an ego booster.

We were looking forward to the pool area, but the pool was Way too dirty and the Chlorine smell was too much! We thought the room came with the breakfast included, we had to pay per person. Lastly, the elevators took way too long.

1st room was dirty. Paid for king high rise room. Got double queen on middle floor with no price adjustment, front desk was very short and snippy. Did not seem prepared. No hot water for shower. Hardly slept due to metal clanging noise of the building all night

it was dirty, the price for a dirty hotel, the beds were terrible.

Ice machine not working, no remote for tv..... complete silence the entire stay, housekeeping threw away pizza that was on table, not near trash. People at front desk during day were great, night shift had horrible attitude (the lady).

The convenience of being across From ICCA and across the street from my daughter's hotel.

A older gentleman walked in to the pool and started to scream to get out of the pool that it was time to close it. He was not professional at all And did not even advise that the pool was close prior. Very rude! Restaurants closed too early and breakfast buffet also closed too early .When special events happen these days it should stay open longer since you have so many ppl olfrom different locations visit. Needs to allow time for ppl to wake up and enjoy the visit. Rather then rushing to make sure they caught it on time. If you're on vacation no one is going to get up at 7 o'clock we're earlier to get breakfast and it closes at 9:30 not enough time.

There were bugs in the bathroom, carpet was ripped up going into bathroom. We paid 181.26 per room king beds when we got there we received queen bed and online it was cheaper but was told that was the only option and the same price. If we wanted queen beds all 4 of us would have stayed in the same room.

The property is close to the Bank of Springfield Center which was amazing for the purpose of this trip.

The property needs some major updating and maintenance. you can hear the elevators through the walls all night long.

First off I called to see if I could check in early and was told I had the wrong hotel.....i had to go and check to make sure I had the right hotel booked.....i was correct so I called back turns out they put my last name first instead of my first name.....so that set me off already because she made it seem like I was wrong......I didn't like that they failed to tell us on booking that parking is not free and you have to pay $15 a day non refundable....when it's slow no breakfast which they charge $16 per person.....no extra cots for the rooms if needed.....beds were hard....towels were like sandpaper....the hallways were humid and soaking wet due to the carpets being cleaned and then I guess left to air dry....pillows were the size of a throw pillow lol..... bums all over the place.....pool was filthy ....break ins at the hotel, you would think they would do something about the rift raft considering they have politicians stay at this facility that pay $1050 a month.
