Location

No pool, no ice, no WIFI, not a lot of handicap parking. We stayed in a handicap room. The tub was not handicap accessible because it was very slippery. Staff were not friendly.

It was in a good location and around lots of places to eat

They didn’t let people know there pool wasn’t working till you already paid. My air conditioner went out but they did change my rooms and I had poop stains all in my toilet were the housekeepers didn’t clean the bathrooms very good. The staff was very rude to me when they charged me for 3 rooms but my money did appear back into my account once I let it be known

Good convenient location. Friendly staff. Breakfast as advertised. As a bonus, they have multiple EV charging stations ( I do not not own an EV, so I can't say how operational they are).

They're pool was closed and they were under remodeling and had construction stuff outside in the front. My bedroom was out dated and the bed felt like springs was coming through and it squeaky.

Very clean. Staff was appropriately friendly. Large room with vanity outside of the bathroom and plenty of USB and power outlets. Very quiet. Even though the hotel is located by the Interstate and it was rather full, we never heard outside noise.

Breakfast area was small for the size of the hotel...therefore it was too packed to find a seat, and there really wasn't anything you could grab and go. The AC in the room worked fine but it felt muggy (summer in TN I guess, but a dehumidifier would have helped). Surge pricing (which I'm not complaining about), but with the high TN taxes it came out to $190 for a Saturday night. Would have given it an 8 out of 10 if it was $150ish.
