The only thing enjoyable was the location.
Nothing like the photographs presented. The hotel is run down and out dated. The room was dirty. Log gum on the floor and on the bed side table. Major amount of food and debris under and around the beds. The tv/ dresser stand was damaged and falling apart. The room was obviously not cleaned.

Hotel staff was friendly and pleasant.
There was holes in the wall and stains on the bedspread. Also a dead roach smashed on the wall up by the ceiling. Yes I climbed on a chair to check it out ugh !!! Heater ear extremely loud and woke us up every time it came on. Booking said breakfast included. Breakfast was oatmeal creme pies and cinnamon rolls nothing else.

The coffee was great. We arrived at the breakfast area at 7:30 a.m. There was oatmeal cream cakes, honey buns, small cheese danish. I wasn't expecting a lot of variety so it was fine. I prefer oatmeal or grits, maybe some scrambled eggs but really no big deal. Everything was clean. The night clerk was pleasant and very helpful, actually found me a charger for my phone. My phone battery was only 3 percent and being able to borrow that charger saved me from an otherwise anxious check in. Likewise, the morning checkout lady was extremely nice and pleasant! Anyway, I felt that was a very minor thing since the room was so very clean otherwise.
The only thing that truly got my notice in the room was that the lamp on the bedside table was very dirty on the lower base of the lamp. I was 🙀 since everything else seemed clean.

We used Booking.com to get this room. We tried multiple ways to cancel this room immediately after making the reservation. We could NOT cancel without paying for the room no matter what. WE ARE NEVER using Booking.com ever again and will be advising everyone we can to stop using them. May other apps and sites allow for free cancellations.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and so accommodating of me arriving well past my expected arrival time.
There were stains on the bedding, and only 2 of the outlets in the room worked.

Staff was rude. They claimed the room wasn't paid in full until proof of payment was provided through email . In which the extra money was refunded that was charged . Overall a very unpleasant staff. Will not be back

Indian man at the front desk was hard to find. Didn't really want to communicate either.
Have stayed here before and the othe front desk staff have been great.

The room was supposed to be smoke-free room and it smelled like people were smoking in there in the past. I had a hard time sleeping in the room without waking up all night. The front desk lady was not very pleasant. The breakfast was greasy honey buns that looked like the Little Debbie brand. They don't put fresh fruit, yogurt or milk out for the guest. It would be descent if there was a toaster and bread for breakfast! I used the juice machine to get my husband and me some orange juice and it came out with a brown tint to it. I decided we would go to a different place to eat our breakfast. The bathroom was not very clean. The floor felt tacky and sticky to walk on without socks. The next morning when we took our socks off we noticed how nasty the floors made our socks look. The water fluctuated from warm to cold. I tried to get a bath and the water kept draining out.

The price was right, it was a convenient stop right off the Interstate and they provided a clean, safe room. We were totally satisfied.
We had no complaints.
