Very clean, nice staff, great location, free shuttle to the airport, airport parking on site, great breakfast buffet. Had a little hiccup with our first room, but they staff quickly moved us to another room.

Lobby area was clean and welcoming, location was in close proximity to the airport.

my room on the first floor didn’t latch/lock. after several attempts to lock it before leaving for a conference all day I put the DND sign on, slammed shut, and pushed hard to make sure it was secure before leaving. when I came back, it pushed right open. very unsettling and not sure why it would have opened unless someone had been in my room. when I arrived late on Friday night to the airport, I called to ensure the shuttle was still running (it was) while making my way to the pick-up spot. I can waited for 30 min before getting a call telling me “sorry, we had no idea, but the shuttle driver turned in early tonight. you’ll have to Uber” it was an inconvenience but stuff happens. however I would have hoped for a better resolution than giving me my water and bag of chips for free when I finally did arrive and check-in.

Staff was friendly and personable and helpful.

Texture was falling off the ceiling, room smelt musty upon our arrival, the back of the bathroom door was filthy, floors needed vacuumed and moped.

We liked the closeness to the Belmont University.

We were told that breakfast would be served from 6 to 9 a.m. Surprise ! Surprise ! When we got down to the breakfast area at 6.45 and there was no breakfast ready. And it happened both mornings we were there.

The room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

There needs to be some cosmetic repairs around the building. I did have a difficult time adjusting the temperature in the room.

Good location

. The entrance light was out. The room had a distrating flashing light at the room entrance. There is mold looking spots on the ceiling. The restaurant/bar area was not opened and there is no place close to get food or drinks.

it was clean and the bartender was awesome whenever we stopped for a night cap!
