Elevators and halls smelled like skunk weed.

The room was nice abd clean.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

This is a nice hotel.

Needs upgrading for the price I paid. Bed was uncomfortable. Room had a pungent smell

Rooms were dirty and the sheets were crumpled and scratchy. it looked like someone had slept in them.

My room was spacious

Not clean, no proper breakfast, dirty kitchen and dishes. Very old property, not worth the price

The breakfast was ok, I've had much better at other hotels. I must say Tiffany at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. My main purpose of booking this hotel was the indoor pool and spa and it was close to the airport. The pool was not in service nor the spa, when the elevator door opened and closed it sounded like an old service gate, and when I was on my was to my room someone's dog was barking so loud I wouldn't have gotten any rest. Tiffany again was kind enough to accommodate us with another room. The room was ok but the bed was comfortable. Tiffany gave us an alternative but it would have been too time consuming. She's special.

Keep your website updated boldly enough for people can see if certain accommodations are altered. Breakfast could have been better maintained. A tray was missing from the meat side of the buffet, the jelly was old because it was runny, the creamer was empty and the staff never checked the entire Breakfast area.
