Staff was great. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable bed, the rooms were clean and very close to the airport as I was leaving early in the morning

The website said there was a restaurant but it was closed that night. I was counting on eating dinner there as there were not any decent restaurants nearby. Also the elevators and hallways were not that clean

I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I felt it should be. I’m a Hilton member and this was the first time I felt the bathroom wasn’t that clean.

I liked the front desk staff. Very nice and worked fast to correct the error regarding my booking. Last name first, first name last.

I did not like that the cleaning staff opened my room before check out time while I was in another family members room. The door was left open with my pocketbook and other property in danger of being stolen.

Room was dated, bathroom was dirty & the hotel grounds had trash all over the place. Spoke with an employee at the front desk about the bathroom sink not draining & the hair that was all over the shower but he didn’t seem to care- stated that he would pass it along.

The comfort and the staff were wvery nice

We thought breakfast was included but when we went to leave, she charged 17.99 for 2 slices of french toast.

Our shower head was broke. When we arrived we were placed in a handicapped accessible room, which was fine but the shower had hand held shower head and the hook to hold the shower head was broke/missing. On Saturday morning I asked the front desk to take a look at it so we could take a shower later and the front desk said ok no problem. We got back later Saturday night and nothing had been done. I then asked the front desk to take a look again and they said it would be Sunday morning before they could fix it. We had to check out Sunday morning. Other than that, the stay was great.
