It is close to stadium for concerts.

It was not in the best area of San Jose, not exceptionally clean but decent for one night, and bathtub/shower did not work properly and didn’t look well taken care of.

I liked the new room key system with a code instead of a plastic key card

I didn’t like how uncomfortable the bed was. It felt like a blow up mattress

Breakfast is excellent. There are refrigerator and microwave. Beds are very comfortable. There are free parking.

There is no safe in the room. My room is facing the street even I request the room facing the back. There are cars and street noises (construction) make it difficult to sleep in.

Comfortable room, convenient having breakfast on offer- a good base for your visit.

Very odd system of check-in through a screen to a remote staff member. A pretty strange and impersonal experience, and not one I would want to encourage in any more hotels.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean.

I asked for early check in and they wanted to charge me $50.00 which I declined and kept checking in at 3pm. Got there on time and room was t ready. It was ready 45 minutes later. The tv didn’t work, there was no phone in room and continental breakfast was beagles, cereal and coffee only. Very misleading. The jetted tub was so dirty and smelled like mildew!!!

It was clean, bed was comfortable. Friendly staff.

The front desk was helpful, especially the night staff. They also had a vending machine with decent options.

When we arrived to our room it was way smaller than expected. The room looked like it wasn’t tidy, there was dust on things including all over the a/c vent. There were hardly any amenities. 1 body towel despite booking for 3 people. 1 roll of toilet paper. No comforters, just sheets. Had to ask for all of these things when it should’ve been provided from the beginning. The comforters were also just fleece blankets and not actual comforters. Felt like a step up from a Motel 6 which is unacceptable for the price you’re paying. The front desk told me they had a week left in business which is why they didn’t have enough inventory. Shouldn’t that be a disclaimer before you book or reflect in the pricing? Very odd experience to say the least.
