1. UNSAFE for families. Our room was on the same floor as people who were using the hotel for housing. 2. We walk past garbage bags to get to our room. 3. This hotel room was completely misrepresented on the website.

First they gave us a room that wasn't cleaned. Then the second room didn't have a single towel or toiletries. Ice machine and vending machine were out of order.

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good.

There was only 1 working outlet in the entire room, only 1 lamp worked, and the tv did not work.

it was quiet and close to Mohegan Sun

their website says complimentary breakfast. which was why I chose it. they have a family daycare instead inside now. everything was broken in the room. chairs tables.

first room I was taken to it wasn’t clean so I went to the manager on duty and he took me to another room at least it was clean what we thought we went out then came back and there were bugs in the bathroom left us restless couldn’t sleep when I went to check out I was going to mention it but the women didn’t understand what I was saying so I said to myself never again would I stay there again!!!!!

Everything!! So dated! Paint peeling off the wall. Table looked like someone used it 100 times and it never got cleaned. I never put my stuff on the floor , afraid of bugs!! The old man at the desk was a total a$$ hat!!!! Just felt gross. Put all my clothes in the laundry!!! Will never stay here again!!!

I needed a place to stay for the evening. It was getting late and they were the only hotel with availability that wasn't exorbitantly priced.

It was a very basic room. The bed was not comfortable. The advertised free breakfast was suspended due to COVID.

I was told there would be breakfast and there wasn't- its the whole reason I choose this place, and if u don't have breakfast dont say u do.. other places have gone back to doing breakfast they turned the breakfast room into a playroom for I am assuming the people who work or own the place. Also the TV wouldnt connect to their wifi it was a maybe 32 inch ROTU TV so I had to use my hotspot the whole time, for the TV the Refergator had rusted shelves. And was super loud I had to unplug it so that was also pointless to have..

Free toiletries: Yes:1/4 roll of TP and new roll on back of toilet and mini soap and such. ( A used roll of TP, come on, that cheep?) Toilet: Yes. Bathtub or shower: Yes, Water pressure was great and Hot water was realy hot. Was a combo tub/shower. Tub was deep and was nice for a soak after a long day. Towels: Yes. Private entrance: Yes Refrigerator: Yes and a nice size, not one of those dorm 6 pack fridges. Telephone: Yes. I didn't use it but No information on using it, Ex. outside lines, desk, Um.. Wake-up service: I didn't ask Entire unit located on ground floor Upper floors accessible by stairs only: I was on the first floor but this is the standard for Motels, no? Single-room AC for guest accommodation: Yes and seamed to work fine. Free WiFi: Yes but please remember to always use a VPN on these types of networks.

Desk NO. Sitting area: One small round table with a chair that you wouldn't get $5.00 at a yard sale.(it was beat to crap and about to fall apart, if you tried to write something on it your handwriting would look like a 4 y/o did it) TV: Yes, 40" maybe?. NOT cable but one of those smart internet TVs that runs apps like pluto, hulu and the like with no information on how to use it. I mostly got "please sign in" or "please register". After on hour I just played the first thing I could get to work. (a night of Spin City, OK not to bad for me I like the show but I was lucky) Hairdryer: NO and was my Wife was so mad. Fax: if there was it is not in room. Carpeted: No but that might be a good thing. Trust me. Electric kettle: NO Cable channels: NO Alarm clock: NO Toilet paper: I would think this was part of the "Free toiletries" and to start my stay with an just about empty one??
