Location was fine

Didn't have the room we booked available , 1 queen. Gave us what they called an upgrade to 2 double beds. Beds were small and bouncy, not great. Guest upstairs was noisy. Breakfast was unoriginal and slight.

Perfect location outside of town.

Location is off the beaten path, vehicle necessary to get to places to eat. Could not find a pizza place that delivered. Great value fir the room. It was clean enough space for 1. Given location they should upgrade linens and towels and bathroom amenities. Would recommend and book again.

They should work out delivery service with a couple local places.

Not crowded and no permanent residents. No traffic noise. Parking at my door. TV worked. Orange juice and coffee and milk and bagel and yogurt were real fine. Shower was nice and warm in the morning.

Noise. The heater was loud, couldn't hear the TV when it was operating. Cleaning staff arrived outside and talked loudly waiting to get into my room. The new owner plans to upgrade the rooms that are aged and worn now. I expected a bath tub but only got a shower. Need more electrical power outlets and USB plug-ins.

I came at 9:30 pm and there was no one at the front desk, the place was locked. No one picked up the phone. do not go to this motel, there are much better ones at a similar price such as the "quality inn" just 10 minutes away!

Extremely quiet area. Nice staff. Room basic facilities are supported. Room is with AC. Breakfast is nice. WiFi is very good and it covers all the surrounding area. They accept both cash and card payments. They allowed me free late check-out.

You need to have a car to travel to the town centre or Cornell University, as buses are not operating very frequently. You cannot walk, as it takes about an hour.

From reading reviews, we expected an older but clean roadside motel. That was exactly what we encountered. Older. Family run and nice staff. But room was clean which is important to us. No frills. Felt Safe and Rural. Close to Cornell.

Suggest the owners upgrade TVs to modern flat screens. In 2022, its an expectation at this point.
