Food/bar area was in the lobby. One or 2 people to do everything. Food for dinner was ok; took back to room. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable plus the shuttle from the airport was good.

The line to check in was long and took a very long time to be attended to. After flying and traveling all day, was annoying. The one thing that was shocking was that we were supposed to get free breakfast and when we attempted to get it in the morning we were told that only one person will get it!!! Apparently there is some spot on the reservation on line that needs to be checked off for 2 people. How stupid! If 2 persons are reserving the room, why would only one person eat breakfast? I have traveled to many hotels around the world and have never seen this! They did give my husband a free coffee and we shared the breakfast.

Airport shuttle was great. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, but expected a different setup, not ordering items individually at the bar. Room was comfortable. Location a little hard to find when driving in from airport. Sign was too small! Haha. Just a one night quick stay when flying in and out of Miami on our way to Puerto Rico. Would stay here again.

Abbiamo richiesta via mail la navetta aeroportuale per il nostro arrivo, ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta. Tuttavia ci è stato rimborsato il costo del taxi impiegato per arrivate alla struttura.

Close to the airport and that’s it.

Noise (planes arriving, hotel is on the flight path and road noise - close to a major highway) and not so walker-friendly to go to nearby stores (very limited). For the steep price for a one-night stay, there is no free breakfast. Hotel shows signs of aging.

Vicinity to the airport. Elisabeth at the front desk was very helpful and kind, and even made breakfast for us after the checkin staff the evening before had forgotten to arrange it as promised.

Weren’t able to reach the front desk by phone. They picked up but put us on hold and never got back to us - as a result we weren’t able to order the free shuttle from the airport and ended up having to take an Uber. Going back to the airport the shuttle would only run once per hour - not billable on demand as stated on the website. We were promised to get an early-bird breakfast bag in the morning for our early check out, which was unfortunately ‘forgotten’.

The mildew smell in the room we asked to change rooms when we got to the new room it was the same issue.
