It was close to where we were wanting to go.
The breakfast was very limited, the staff was rude(knocking on our door asking what time we were leaving at 10:00am) check out was 12:00pm. There was roaches in our hotel room. Couldn’t connect the tv to the internet for Netflix.

It was clean
The pool and spy were not open, the dining area was not open because of construction, I feel they could’ve put this on their website. I purposely booked this hotel for the indoor pool for my grandkids. Also, I booked for eight guests and got four towels and then when requested more only received two and told that was all we could get

The pool was closed for the two days of my stay.
At checkout, the attendant refused to give me a receipt. For business I need a paper trail.

The staff was exceptionally great! The location was safe and beautiful! The room was spacious and very comfortable!! My family and I will be making this our temporary home while we're transitioning:)

The Hotel was very nice ! A inside pool is always a plus , and the overall staff was very nice and had Great customer service!!
The Only problem was not having working ice maker on my floor , but it's cool though , because when I call the front desk they provided me with the ice I needed

The location was not good. No restaurants close. GM was nasty about a mistake on there part with charging me more money. For me mattress soft. Carpet in the hallway i almost trip on. Don’t get handicap room no couch and closet is short! no free good breakfast.

When we booked this hotel we puck it because it included a free hot breakfast . It did not have a free hot breakfast and tho it used too this was no longer available

Rude manager. Polite front staff. First room dirty and hole in mattress. Second room dirty and unmade bed. Did not stay.

The property was in an awesome location for all of our needs! It was very clean and overall a nice place.
The beds were not comfortable at all. The pillows were fluffy but when you laid your head on them they went extremely flat. It said there was a bar, restaurant, and Starbucks on site and that was false. There was a tiny kitchen and one young lady who knew nothing about baristas. They had two Starbucks types of coffees in canisters on the counter.

The staff we had for the first 2 days was amazing.
On the last night of our stay the lady at the front desk was very rude.

When we we pulled the sofa bed out there was cookie paper in the chair and when we were laying down we saw a water bug crawling on the cover

had 1 friend and 1 family member to stop by while I was in town and the staff stopped both and questioned them on why who and what they were doing. felt it was due to the color of their skin

The smell of mildew in the room,, letting the front desk know was a waste of time. They provided me a spray bottle with some type of cleaner to try and mask the smell and it was worse. It was coming from around the ac unit and rug leading to the exit door.

I would tell anyone to stay here it's quiet and the breakfast is great.
