Good location. Seemed safe. Comfortable bed. Fairly clean.
Broken table in room. Shower door not easy to open/shut. Towel racks loose. Room overlooked dining area (what's the point in a window to look at that? Paper thin walls. Limited store.

I liked the establishment. The room was nice and fairly clean.
There was hair from the previous guest. My room was not cleaned between days nor was I notified that I would need to request it. There is no phone service. The hallway smelt of cigarette smoke. There was no ice machines. The ice was in sandwich bags in a deep freezer on the lobby floor in the convivence store.

El alojamiento es bastante bueno ; muy grande la habitación, cómoda , limpia el primer día ya q de los 3 días q estuvimos no pasaron a limpiarla , ni hacer camas y cambiar toallas . Nunca me había pasado nada así . El personal bastante desagradable y nadie hablaba castellano ni siquiera recepción . Solo una chica del servicio desayuno q hablaba castellano nos intentó ayudar en varias ocasiones el resto dejaba mucho q desear
No había nadie q hablara en castellano en recepción .

Very nice hotel, as a investor in several hotels in another state I found thus hotel to be very nice hotel for the price.
Cash Less but it turned out fine. They don't except cash at any place in the hotel. But they are set up very well when it comes ro cards services.

The property was located close to where I needed to be.
The elevators took extremely long to come as one was out and the hotel seemed to be full. the telephone in our room did not work. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk and no one came to fix it although I did report it as broke. There was no ironing board or blankets in the room. We had to go downstairs and pick up the blankets as there was only one person at the desk and the ironing board was never delivered as well. There was no do not disturb sign and the refrigerator was leaking as it seems like it was not staying cold and the ice was melting.

It provided a wonderful space for our reunion: food, room space and friendly staff.
Only one elevator was working when many groups were staying in hotel. It took forever to travel up and down floors.

I love everything about this property and I will love to stay there whenever I’m going to Maryland
no much but there was a period stain on the comforter and the bathroom door wasn’t closed,and when I came back everything was fixed which I appreciated.

I like everything. The staff was great! The bar was amazing.
