Never ate the breakfast. Had to be out early. The front desk staff was great. Very pleasant, especially after traveling all day.

Location of the elevator. Location of the property relative to my destination. We left late one day & our room wasn't refreshed.

I had a hard time when I got to Greensboro with the bookings that I'd made in advance. I was extremely disappointed with the rooms when I got there. It took me hours to locate the right location. So when I booked with Marriott I knew I was going to pay more but that I would be at a home away from home space, which is the feel, the smell, the all around vibe that I wanted. I was very pleased with the Courtyard at Marriott the friendly staff and above average accommodations My extremely clean room made it all the more relaxing and peaceful. It will be my stay over spot whenever I come back to Greensboro. No use in going anyplace else. Everything was just perfect.

My stay could have been longer. I didn't want to leave. I will most definitely be returning and letting anyone else know where they can have an amazing stay if ever in Greensboro.

The property is in a great location. Lots of eateries and stores all around. The lobby is nicely renovated.

The lighting in the hallway is too dim. The bathrooms need to be updated to reflect a true Courtyard Marriott especially for the price.

Told there was a jacuzzi, called in before to confirm, only to check in and find there was not a jacuzzi. They have a ridiculous way of getting your free breakfast choosing one cold and hot part of breakfast and prices were outrageous to add on to your breakfast. Promoted as a prime area, seemed to be run down in many areas surrounding hotel.
