the shower had no water pressure, the breakfast was not full cooked or not enough for all the guest. Problems with the elevator

From the time we checked in, until the time we checked out everything was very nice. Will definitely stay again if we are making a trip to Richmond.
The Remote to the TV did not cooperate well. Even after we replaced the one that was already in the room Went without watching TV. Over all it was a very nice stay. Will stay there again.

Great Location, Clean And Calm environment, very confortable
Had some issues with my reservation and when caught, i spoke with the staff at the front desk, who forgot to add notes and fix the problem at hand

We were there for a football tournament. The room was the perfect size for the boys. Breakfast was great. The location was perfect! Just what we needed.

The staff was amazing and the room was spacious.
The beds were uncomfortable, and the tub bottom is too rounded. There is no flat bottom and I was afraid of falling. The toilet seat was flimsy and folded when I sat on it. A few improvements are needed. The thermostat battery was dead and the AC was running continually. We needed to call for maintenance to avoid freezing. They did come very promptly and fixed the thermostat.

Breakfast was horrible the milk was spoiled the muffins were molded and the juice was sour the rooms were not like other Marriott and I could have stayed a motel definitely not worth the price and my room didn’t lock

The young woman on night shift was very professional and helpful. The rest of the front desk staff was useless and very unprofessional. Will be canceling future reservations with Marriott

Good location close to food and where I needed to be that night
Shower was not HOT (the water pressure was very low) POOL was disgusting we did NOT DARE get inn, refrigerator was broken discovered it did not close and did not get cold due to that problem we had to throw ALL of our food out!!
