Impossible de séjourner l'hotel n'avait plus de chambre de disponible malgré notre reservation fait plus de 8 mois auparavant
Ils devraient s'assurer de ne pas surbooker leur hotel lors d'évenement tel que la course de NASCAR donc aucune autre chambre de disponible dans un rayon de 30 milles Plusieurs autres personnes qui avait aussi des reservations vivait la meme situation que nous et la réceptionniste n'a rien tenter pour nous aider.

Pet friendly and clean. Close to restaurants and Starbucks in the morning. Staff was great and knowledgeable. Room was comfortable and large. Nice place.

Overall, I liked that the price was reasonable. I also liked that there was a pool and gym in the building that could be used. It was great that it was close to places to shop and eat at.
Although the room was clean, it looked run down and smelled like mold. Many things were broken in the hotel room that I occupied. Also, the carpet in the hallway always seemed to have dirt on it.

Property was amazing. Staff was top notch. Courtney at check in was the nicest desk associate I’ve encountered and made check in easy and quick. Pool was rated 100/100 by my kids. Rooms were clean, well maintained.
Beds are hard as a rock- not firm- HARD.

From the time we checked in, until the time we checked out everything was very nice. Will definitely stay again if we are making a trip to Richmond.
The Remote to the TV did not cooperate well. Even after we replaced the one that was already in the room Went without watching TV. Over all it was a very nice stay. Will stay there again.

Great Location, Clean And Calm environment, very confortable
Had some issues with my reservation and when caught, i spoke with the staff at the front desk, who forgot to add notes and fix the problem at hand

We were there for a football tournament. The room was the perfect size for the boys. Breakfast was great. The location was perfect! Just what we needed.

The staff was amazing and the room was spacious.
The beds were uncomfortable, and the tub bottom is too rounded. There is no flat bottom and I was afraid of falling. The toilet seat was flimsy and folded when I sat on it. A few improvements are needed. The thermostat battery was dead and the AC was running continually. We needed to call for maintenance to avoid freezing. They did come very promptly and fixed the thermostat.

The TV in room # 4 didn’t work in spite of reporting it 3 times to a not very nice receptionist

Breakfast was horrible the milk was spoiled the muffins were molded and the juice was sour the rooms were not like other Marriott and I could have stayed a motel definitely not worth the price and my room didn’t lock

The young woman on night shift was very professional and helpful. The rest of the front desk staff was useless and very unprofessional. Will be canceling future reservations with Marriott
