الى الان لم يتم ارجاع المبلغ المتبقي مده 3 ليالي وتم التواصل مع بوكنق وتم ابلاغي ان المبلغ يجب ان يسترجع عن طريق الفندق وهذا اعتبره اخذ حقوقي من المال بغير وجه حق مع العلم بأن كانت مده الاقامه 5 ايام تم السكن مده يومين وباقي لي من المال مده 3 ايام مع العلم بأن تكلفه الغرفه لليوم مابين ال500 و 600 دولار في اليوم الواحد ولم يتم ارجاع ماتبقى لي من 3 ايام وهذا جدا سئ لي بالاخص بأن الفندق من اشهر الفنادق في العالم والمكون من 5 نجوم

Great location for us. The hotel is really nice and the staff were extremely helpful.

The breakfast is excellent. There are many restaurant choices available within walking distance, inside the mall adjacent to the hotel as well as outside. Guests who want to shop have two choices, since there is another mall within walking distance. Don't want to walk? The hotel runs a free shuttle to the other mall. The Spa at the hotel is great.

The welcome and check in process was quite lovely. We where asked if we would like a glass of champagne. Believe this only happened because my assistant mentioned that I was there for my birthday.

I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was dust all over the vanity cabinet. The bidet sprayer was completely filled with calcium/rust buildup. It was a big turnoff for staying a a property like this. You expect better conditions. To make matters worse I had a next door guest that was absolutely rude by banging on the wall. I wasn’t playing music or watching the Television. We were just have good conversations and having a few laughs after our dinner. The guest then called the front desk to report noise. It made us feel very uncomfortable. Everyone staying at a hotel especially on a weekend should be mindful that everyone isn’t there for business. We also called the front desk to report the guest a staff member told us to enjoy the night but it was ruined after that. I wish I took pictures of the bathroom. But was heading out for dinner so didn’t have time.

This is as my first visit here. It was just as expected, excellent! The room, service, meals & conveniently located to the mall was a bonus.

Having to leave. Booking on line was more than get it at the front desk.
