Good location with comfortable beds. Coin laundry helpful.

Fire alarm (false alarm) woke us up at 8:00 and housekeeping was oblivious and did not exit the premises.

Nice room size and very comfortable bed.

Side door didn't open with room key. Had to wait til another guest saw us trying to get in and opened the door. Breakfast lady was very rude. Just bullied her way in front of you to wipe counter, that wasn't even dirty, or check food. She just glared at you and didn't say a word.. Others said she was rude too. Eggs were cold and sausage were horrible weird taste.

Location was good. Room was clean but worn. Staff was friendly despite being understaffed.

Door to room didn’t work leading to long waits to get into room. Main walkways were wet and filthy with dirty towels by elevator, sticky residue in the elevator and used bandage on the floor for multiple days. Room towels were worn ruff and visibly stained.

We were surprised with a handicapped room, where the bathroom took up more space than usual and was relatively sparse. there was not much room for our toiletries around the sink.

The room was nice as well as the grass for the pets.

The entrance door lock did not work so we either had to keep going in through the front and circle around or have someone wait to open the door from inside. Big pain with needing to let pets out.

The location was great in my circumstance as I was midway through a road trip and needed a place to crash that was close to SLC and just outside of the metro area so that I could leave early in the morning without dealing with rush hour.

The room I was in had torn wallpaper and carpet in certain places. The card I had to access the side exterior door of the facility didn't work well with unlocking the door, I had to insert the card in the slot at least 10 times to get the door to unlock, very annoying.

The breakfast was ok. Normal breakfast. Rooms were a little noisy. Thin walls and could hear the traffic noise. Sheets and pillow cases had some stains on them.

There was no snow removal on the sidewalks. The day after it snowed, the sidewalks were pure ice. I slipped a couple of times getting out to the car. Really surprising for a public place to not clear the walkways.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. WE enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. perfect location. The hotel sits back so its very quiet. We like this hotel. Perfect for our needs. Good price, good value!
