Bar served drinks with dead nats and drinks were not good

I loved everything , to the kind invitation from the staff to the facility itself. Great room service .

Location

We were unaware at check-in that many of the floors were under construction. Especially the floor right above the first room that I got.

El ruido por reparaciónes en el piso de arriba. Y mi pareja tenia que trabajar en la computadora. Aparte de la regadera, salpicada mucha agua hacia afuera y se inundaba rodó el baño.

Location was lovely in Sugar Land and free car parking attached / next door Staff at breakfast were professional, polite and lovely.

They were doing building work We had no room safe, so 2 polite maintenance men brought one to the room but it was locked so could not use it unfortunately. Asked reception if could find out number to unlock it, was given a 3 digit code but it needs 4 numbers ??? Required a wake up call on last night as was a change due to clocks changing an hour but call did not happen?

A host of detail issues. Tried to call the front desk and no answer. Terrible noise all day given the construction with no prior notice when booking. Took FOREVER to get our vehicle from valet on Saturday evening. Big event going on and clearly understaffed at the valet AND they had "misplaced" the vehicle....who does that?? Left out empty tissue box and toilet roll to ensure these were replaced and they weren't. Didn't have tissue, toilet paper or coffee after the place had been cleaned. Not up to what we expected or what we have experienced in other Marriotts.
