In overall I give it a 5 out of a 10

The room was clean and nice.

For the cost of the night you would expect free breakfast or cheap snacks but no it was in fact expensive , about $10 for some sad eggs and $7 for a medium gatorade.

Not worth the money

The room was immaculate beds very comfortable

The pool area had debris from the trees all over the sitting area fruits leaves that fell from the tree it rained the night before. I asked the front desk at 10AM if they're going to clean it, and she was dismissive, sort of making fun of me. An hour later, it was still not cleaned

Because we booked via priceline, they gave us a room for people with disabilities. Not very happy with tub with moving stool or almost non working shower. The hotel maintenance and look and feel is gone down for sure over time. I am not booking it next time

The staff were very helpful and courteous and the room was comfortable.

They need to install Electric Car chargers on their premises. It's 2023, even in Texas!

Hotel room didn't get cleaned every other day, that was the only issue.

Good stay: just some things need to be taken care of better.

The location and and the hotel was very nice

I asked for a room with safetybars for my elderly mother. I actually asked when I booked the room. Received a verification that you had one available. When I got there: my room did not have safety bars for her: you told me that you had none available? And the tub would not drain when showering. We had 4 people to shower!! Then you charged my card an extra 354. Dollars and it is STILL PENDING? Why? For such a nice hotel: I have to say I was disappointed.
