Breakfast was very good. There were many good choices and the food was tasty.

We got a handicap accessible room. There We were grab bars.That was good, but the seat in the tub came acouple inches over the edge, making it difficult for my husband to move around. I would suggest a walk in or roll in shower. The toilet was really not wide or tall enough.

the room are nice and spacious, but we had serious trouble getting in and out of our room. the lock on the door was not closing properly, so we were locked in the room for hours. we called the first desk for them to send someone and no one came. finally after waiting for over on hour we had to pry the door open ourselves.

what I really didn’t like about the property was how some of the employees were talking about other employees in front of the guess. Not knowing who we were, we told them that we know an employee that worked there, and the feed back we received from the employees about this employee was not nice. But what they didn’t know was that employee was my family member. I thought that was REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

The bathroom shower and toilet needed a proper cleaning. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. We did inform the manager at the front desk upon checkout.

The receptionist, Nolan, provided excellent service on our arrival. The explanation of benefits and amenities was well told. Our room was as advertised with the falculties that we expected and more. The room was spacious and clean; the bed was soft and so were the pillows. The bathroom was adequate in size with a tub to shower hybrid, large mirror spanning the length of the counter, and provided an array of useful accessories. The T.V. was a flat screen HD and came with streaming services such as Netflix. The experience was great.

The only thing I didn't like was the location of the hotel. Not much to the scenery and it felt abandoned with lack of activites around the hotel.
