Great job at accommodating our requests!

The pool area is nice and clean and the best as so comfy!!!!

The only thing I would change is it would be awesome if they offered complimentary breakfast.

The front desk staff appeared very helpful in assisting me with the questions I had and with assuring I had a comfortable, pleasant stay while at the hotel.Samatha was very nice with putting together a care bag of items I needed while staying there for me which was very nice of her after I requested some needed items while at the hotel. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable while being there. The French toast and a glass of iced tea is the only items I had tried at breakfast which appeared to be good. I would have liked a adult sized breakfast instead of a kiddie meal size. I thought is was nice that one of the front desk ladies were able to assist me with my things upon checking out. Thank you all for a welcoming,comfortable stay. Hope to visit again at some point.

The website was misleading - we were assuming when the website said you had breakfast that it was included. We ate breakfast elsewhere. There was also no fan in the bathroom.

breakfast was great and staff was very friendly, stopped in every day even if just for coffee.

The room didn't seem to have vents for the shower or the in-room tub and had to open a window to help get the humidity out.

Breakfast staff friendly and helpful. Too bad breakfast is extra; for the money, it should have been included.

The pool/hot tub was mismanaged: posted signs for no food/beverage, but people were drinking and overstaying the 15-20 min rule. Had to get Mgr to intervene, but he was rude; said it wasn't his job to "police the pool" area!

Thanks to the front desk staff for being a great group of welcoming people ready to assist when needed to. Thanks to Mark for fixing the toilet at midnight with no problems or long wait. I had a comfortable week stay here, I did not get to adventure out and really enjoy myself while staying due to not feeling well and having to stay in until I start feeling better

I would have liked the shower water to be full force and I would have liked to been able to rent the hot tub suite and had brighter lights in my room. I would have liked better breakfast items with more options to choose from or a hot buffet style breakfast

Only breakfast to purchase. We went to a restaurant. We liked the location.

The room set up. Uncomfortable to watch TV. TV off to the left side of bed. TV should be in front. Worked all day and we want comfort.

After a long drive we were happy to sleep in a comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was awesome, along with the service, and location was beautiful easy access to the balloon festival and parks

Staff was great from the time we walked through the door. Room was bigger than I expected and very nice, smelled good.
