The atmosphere in the room and lobby were very pleasant both aesthetically and the attitudes of the people working. Pleasantly surprised by the warm receptions.

Property was close to our destination, very clean, pleasant staff and quiet.

the decor was nice, it was clean and comfortable. we were happy to have 2 chairs in our room!

After the way I was treated, it was hard to have a positive attitude toward anything good. The hotel was poor to average. Definitely not worth $130.00 a night without the problems.

After a 350 mile drive I was really looking forward to a hot shower, and a comfortable bed. I was disappointed on both counts. There was no hot water in the shower. I know the difference between hot and cold, and I left the water run for 15 minutes, still no hot water in the shower. I complained to the staff, and they told me someone would take a look at it the following day. So disappointing. In the morning I went down to the dining room for breakfast at 7:30 am and the coffee was cold! The sausage was inedible, it was like it was rubber. The eggs were powdered. I have had better continental breakfasts at hotels that charged half as much. There will be no more Fairfield Inns in my future, and I stay at about 30 to 50 hotels a year. When I got home I found they charged my credit card $30 more than was on the bill they gave me when I left! Shame! Shame!

Breakfast was good,, coffee was great.

Nothing we didn't like. Our TV remote would not work, I notified front desk and within 5 minutes someone was knocking on our door. I would say within 15/20 minutes the issue was resolved. Both gentlemen were very nice.

Room was very spacious.

There were 2 guys at front desk who were intoxicated. One guy sitting on counter with the bottle. Other guy grabbed and hunged me.
