The staff were friendly, the pool wasn't open but I had use of the sun lounger and had a nice day.

Appreciate the manager stepping in and clearing up employees mess up!
I didn't appreciate being hustled ... paid for a double queen suite with the pull out,got a double queen... told me that's all they had ... told them I would like my money back and the the sh## show started... after I tell him my children will never sleep on the floors ... employee says he has a plan and it'll be fine cause " his manager lets him do what he wants cause he knows his job... etc etc
Then puts me and my wife in a king room, said it was courtesy for the mix up.... tells me just leave the keys in the room after our two night stay..... to my surprise after gettin in at 11-12 that night to be startled awake by and employee knockin aggressively tellin me I need to get out of the room I'm in it's supposed to be vacant 6am ... after goin down and trying to explain the situation the next employee says I need to pay for a second night if my wife and I wanna stay.... after displaying how unprofessional the establishment was I adjourned to the room to gather our things.... about an hour later I was called and they moved my family into the original suite we had booked and paid for..... they told my kids they had no blankets to put on the fold out bed.. until I went down and told them to produce one ... Christian is a horrible employee... very deceptive very shady... seemed to only care about the movies he was watching...

The shower was nice, water temp was good and pressure was nice. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
The breakfast was pretty gross. The sausage patties were hardly cooked and had the potatoes not been labeled, I wouldn't have know that's what they were.

I enjoyed the staff being able to change my room to accommodate my needs or the extra room for family.
This is not meant as a negative review but things the hotel need to consider. The room was not child proof. I did not like the fact that my 18-month-old grandson was able to open the door so easily. I did not like that the top door latch had to stay latched to keep the door from being opened by grandson; meaning having to get up to let someone in the room. The Keurig machine was at a level he was able to easily pull out. Things had to be moved from a medium level to a higher level (beside television stand). There was no way to give the children a bath other than the shower. At the age of 18 months, and 5 years old, they are not accustomed to showers. There was some mold in the shower, but with my cleaning supplies, the shower was cleaned to a point where showers could be taken. Another improvement that would help is putting something in place to help keep floor from getting wet when taking a shower. Looking at the chair in my room, the chair needed a chair cover. The chair in my room looked like it should have been tossed out.

The hotel was in close proximity to the freeway and stores.
Both beds had bed bugs, there was limited access to food and the elevator was cleaned with something so acidic that you could barely while in the elevator

Check in was smooth. I booked with a third party and the receptionist had a hard time finding my reservation.
Upgrade furniture, and clean the carpet and the walls periodically.

The bed
We were accused of smoking pot in room ,we smoked out side and cr back in room and was falsely accused of smoking in room, then one of the managers stated she smokes weed. with that being said,there was no smoke in the room , we were not smoking I'm a expensive room it make no sense,no one called front office with a complaint,y'all got over on us period;v

They charged me $100.00 for incidentals and NEVER refunded me! and WILL NOT answer the phone when I call!!!! NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!
