The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was especially nice - good water pressure and messaging shower head. The staff when we checked in and out were very nice. This was our first stay at this hotel. We travel to Frankfort once or twice a year, so we will likely stay at this Fairfield again.

Location is very convenient and the room was quiet and comfortable.

I had reserved the hotel using my debit card for the non-prepayment option on Booking.com. I arrived and wanted to pay cash for the room. I was informed that cash was not acceptable and my stay was required to be put on either a credit card or a debit card. We had to leave due to this policy ans found another hotel that was willing to work with us.

Front desk staff was FABULOUS
Literally the ONLY problem I had was that my tv did not work. Room 202. I could have called to the desk and had someone come to fix it but it had been a long day I was in my pjs and did not feel up to "company". So first world problems. lol
