If you're in town for distilleries, this is a good base camp. The staff is very nice, the breakfast is better than expected, the rooms are clean, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

It was a great little couples night away from stress of home life.

It was nice but I chose this room for the hot tub advertised and when we got there no hot tub We were running a half Marathon ..which was the reason for being in the area ...disappointing.

Our room hadn't been cleaned. Messy beds and trash on the wastebasket. When i asked for a new room all they were willing to do was give me a clear tradh bag to empty the trash. I was not offered another room or a discount. Plus we had other issues but no one wantwd to address it.

The elevators were not working, the toilet flushed for 5 minutes after the initial flush, there was a light shining right in our window from the parking lot, pillows were hard and no non dairy creamer, muffins or sweets at breckfast

Arrived late after a 15 hr drive and the people above me were stomping around and running up on the hallways until 1 AM. Had to call the front desk three times to get them to stop.

The Staff was incredible. Friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and fresh. The hotel is convenient to the highway and dining in the area. I would recommend this hotel.

There was no maid service. The room was not restocked on night 2 so you were forced to reuse thin towels or go to the desk and ask for more. I saw other gears at the desk getting tissues and soap. We never received tissues. There were only 2 coffee “disks” in the room, so day 2 we had none in the room. The breakfast offered was microwaved items, bananas, bagels, oatmeal, cereal and waffles. Very lackluster and disappointing. I saw guests run and get fast food sit and eat in the breakfast area. The lobby furniture was not comfortable to sit and visit in, very 60-70’s modern. Overall disappointed.

Bed hard and pillows too small. Everyone was wonderful, friendly and accommodating and we loved the central location to all of the distilleries. Would stay again, but bring my own pillows.

Easy access to Interstate and close to dining options. Good place to utilize as home base while doing Bourbon Trail

The customer service was awesome, but the condition of my first room was not good, it had a smell to it. The front desk personnel move us to a better. The pool area had bugs.

The room was very nice. It was quiet and comfortable. I was very impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast! Plan on staying there frequently!

Considering it is significantly more expensive the the best western next to it, you would think it would be better. It isn’t.
Their breakfast was basic and terrible. Dried bacon that tastes like paper. The best western offers multiple meat choices everyday of better quality. As well as a wider selection of muffins l, fruit, yogurt, etc.
They are coasting off the Marriott name…not worth it.
At that price point your better off at home suites 2

The hot tub was down and has been for a time. The hot tub was one of the reasons I chose this property. Expedia did not disclose the hot tub being down. This was the only downside to my visit

We had a good stay and the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. What I was disappointed in was that there was no hot tub to relax in after our 11 hour drive. The staff said that he had not been working for the last 2 years because there was a problem obtaining the parts to fix it

Room door had significant chipped wood at bottom of door on the outside. Room where ice machine is located on the third floor did not look clean - dim lighting may have been a part of that perception.
