The staff was absolutely the rudest I have ever had at a hotel or any customer service experience. The lady that checked us in was very, very rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. We had trouble with our check in due to a mistake made by a different employee earlier in the day, and we waited over an hour to get a room. It was a huge inconvenience, but mistakes do happen. I could have been patient and understanding if the CSR was not as rude as she was. If I was the owner, I would not want her anywhere near my business. Not only was she very rude, but when I told her I felt she was being inappropriate, she gave a “idc smile” and said “sorry you feel that way” with the most condescending smile I’ve ever seen.

Location was good and the interior was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable.
The landscaping was horrible. Weeds as tall as a 5 year old throughout the outside of the property. I was worried about the inside after we first pulled up and saw how bad the landscaping was. This should really be addressed. Also, the outdoor pool was a wreck. It was green with algae. I wasn't traveling with kids so it wasn't a big deal to me but I would expect better.

woke up to a water leak in our bathroom, the floor was wet and there was water dripping from the vent and the light fixture in the shower. we were in the third floor, so I assume the leak was from the floor above us’ bathroom. Front desk didn’t seem to really care about the issue.

The room was great. It was handicap accessible, the bathroom was great for a wheelchair.

Friendly staff, ok hotel,
Small things made the hotel a place I wont stay again. Missing buttons in elevator, expired creamer in room. Small balcony with bird poop all over chair, lack of staff for breakfast, smelly cold hall to our room, no mirror outside of bathroom, small TV with no guide.

Beds could be updated and the dishwasher didn’t work the room was hot air conditioner didn’t blow enough and WiFi

Room was great and front desk staff was great.
Bistro / Bar Manager was less than desired. He had a very poor attitude. When it was time to tab out he decide to tell us what we can and can not do in " His " bar / bistro area when we had done anything wrong.

Location
The pool was closed due to maintenance. My kids looked forward to swimming because it was so hot, but they couldn’t. The staff wasn’t friendly. Also in order fir your room to be cleaned you have to notify staff due to Covid protocol, and they cleaned our room without notification and left our door open. When we got back to hotel from being gone all day our room door was unlatched and wide open.

Popping noise that came from the bathroom ceiling and woke us up around 4am!
