The hotel has become worn out. The water was not always hot, the pool is out of service, the breakfast was very poor.

The staff was so accomodating, polite, its nice to have real customer service!

Very spacious rooms..... very clean and comfortable

Staff was great, bed was very comfortable and our suite had everything we need and was great size.

We stayed 5 nights. First night AC went out( summertime)had to move, 2nd night there were terrible plumbing problems, had to move. Finished our stay but also noticed in all the suites we had stayed, had little roaches. Hotel could definitely use some updating.

I have stayed at a number of Residence Inns and have always liked the room amenities.

This property is “tired.” Neither the coffee maker or hair dryer worked, there were drawers and cabinet doors missing from furniture, the tike floor was cracked with grout missing, and there was no filter on the heating/cooling air vent. I was surprised at how poorly maintained this property is.

The king suites are pretty awesome, overall!! This is absolutely one of my favorite hotels in Midland. The front desk person has also always been super sweet!

Both elevators seemed to be messed up upon our arrival so walking up and down 4 flights of stairs for the first half of our stay wasn’t very fun. In addition, there were a couple other maintenance things such as the carpet lifting a little and the peep hole cover being broken.

I didn't miss my house, my son was very happy enjoying the pool!

No duvet filler inside very thin cover in bed. No water bottles, even for purchase, in room. No hot tea in room. No creamer in room. No ice bucket in room and no ice on floor- had to go to front desk with makeshift bucket. Only 1 soap bar to share back and forth between bath and shower, and no shower cap.

No coffee in early morning. Should have coffee for early risers. Separate shower and toilet was weird. Morning staff lady could have been more customer friendly.

We had to get five sets of new keys because they wouldn't work
