Across from the hospital
Hottub jets are weak

We were given a room above a mechanical room, which was very loud and the floor vibrated.

The staff was amazing. We we’re staying because of the location next to St. Mary’s Hospital and the staff was so kind and helpful during a difficult time.

Good location.
Beds could be upgraded to queen size, but were comfortable. Tried scone & coffee at breakfast...threw both away & stopped at bakery down the block. Had booked closest option with breakfast, but wasn't worth it.

The staff doesn’t enforce policies-unattended kids were roughhousing and yelling in the halls & in the pool.

It was a good location right in the middle of everything. Rooms were nice and spacious.
The cleaning wasn’t great. Found trash when we pulled out the bed under the couch and the bath didn’t drain properly.

Very comforting got me in for 2nd night and very convenient location. Asked for coffee at 900pm got a fresh pot. Thanks...

The breakfast had some nice offerings.
Breakfast items kept needing to be replenished. First room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, and then the second room was worse. Had to have it vacuumed while we waited. Request for upper level room was initially ignored. With all of these issues and more our request for some sort of credit was denied—that’s poor customer service. We were very disappointed in this property.

The location.
The gentleman that was everything but a gentleman was unprofessional, rude and unqualified to work with the public! Towels and sheets had stains, dust on the floors, NOT IMPRESSED!

Overall, the hotel was nice. Updated and clean. The sofa and trundle beds in the room were a nice feature. Great downtown location with fun city views. Also very wakable.
The pool is tiny!! Pictures make it seem much larger than reality. Hot tub was warm at best! The additional beds did not have bedding unless requested.

The facility was clean, and the room was spacious! Will stay again.
We requested an early arrival, so they gave us the handicapped room! When we got to the room and noticed we went to the front desk and after lots of discussion they agreed to give us the room we originally had booked. Very frustrating 😕

There was a snow storm and we were there for the weekend so bought bread and meat but your refrigerator don't stay on all the time so we lost 30$ worth of meat

Location for appointments at St. Mary's was the reason we stayed here and it couldn't have worked out better.Nice room.Very friendly staff.
