Location was perfect for visiting the aquarium. Love the fact that my kids could see the arch and the wheel from how window.

Love everything about it

Breakfast was good second morning they had more variety biscuits and gravy.

The pool was closed based off of the website the pool was open. Arrived to check in and a sign was posted pool not working or hot tub. There was big suv jacked up tire replace. A large rock/concrete was left in parking spot from that repair.

The staff, particularly the two women serving breakfast on February 17, and 18, were very helpful and really kind. They kinda exemplified the Marriott Sprit.

There was only one elevator during my stay February 16-19.

The amount of space in the room.

Dirty bathroom, hair in the tub, drain stopper out, rust in the tub. Refrigerator ice maker loud as hell. Need updated. Door knob to get out of the room came off so my husband had to rig it up to get us out of the room.

Close to the Interstate.

The first room they gave us was not clean. They fixed that by giving us a clean room.

Very comfy beds Some of the staff were very nice Good selection in market for snacks

Room wasn’t cleaned, previous trash left under bed and sink, kitchenette floor and counters filthy, mold in vents, bathroom door peeling paint with gauge out of bottom, no ice bucket (was told they don’t have any and was given plastic laundry bag to collect ice. Hot tub broken, pool dirty and randomly closed

Some of the staff were absolutely wonderful others not so much. Very quiet loved that part.

Pool was down which was one of the main reasons we booked here I would've cancelled had I known ahead of time but of course they don't call people to let them know. Breakfast was okay could be better. Some room issues let the staff know what they were so hopefully they fix it.
