Had an issue with the deposit of $80 they did not note when you booked. Once at the location I called to explain the client's current situation and the front desk lady was nice, but the manager Angelic was not understanding at all. The management on site did not want to give me the managers information and when I left mine, she never called me back. I understand your running a business, but being empathetic and understanding to clients' needs and emergencies is essential. I would never book her again nor recommend to anyone I know.

Pleasant staff, good value, good location.

A little outdated and poor choice of breakfast

Angelica was wonderful at the desk. She made us feel welcome. It was good to see a smiling face each time we left and returned. We hope she is there next time we visit.

The hot water took 5 minutes twice to get hot. We were in room 311, and there is an indent in the carpet/floor at the end of the window bed that needs to be looked at. Thank you.

Bed was super comfortable, room is nice and clean, there is a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. (Wasn't anything wrong with my shower, had perfect pressure.) Good lighting, staff knocks on door everyday to see if you need anything and provides it promptly, sheets and pillow cases were clean, cool and crispy. Air conditioner worked great, eating table and chairs in each room. There's a washer and dryer in lobby if you need it as well as snack and soda machine's. McDonald's right across the street, Thornton's a block and a half away. Good value for price.

Windows are filthy, could hardly see outside, TV on the small side.

The room wasn't cleaned very well before we stayed in it. One of the bathroom hand towels had something black covering most of one side, and there were no plugs in the drains. Housekeeping didn't come to the room the first 2 days of our stay (we were there for 3 nights, 4 day time). When we called the front desk on the first day of no housekeeping, we were told that they only cleaned every other day. They said they would make sure it was cleaned the next day - they didn't. We had to call to get fresh towels.

The shower was broken and I was unable to take one in the morning. I did not feel like asking for a room change. The staff insisted that someone had rented room 121 for week and never complained. Ridiculous. They obviously never took a shower during the week. There is no way that shower repair was recent. The caulk was old and the fixture a mess. I was too tired from the wedding the night before to complain. I asked for a rain check they said no. I asked for a discount when checking in and they said. I. The clerk watching the front was missing for 19 minutes while I tried to check in. I say all this because I just used a super 8 in Iowa city that was wonderful do I had a ready comparison. !!The location was remote and slightly dketchy
