The place was clean the staff was friendly and was pretty cheap in my opinion for a one night stay with two queen beds

Good location near Lewis University. We always stay at this hotel when traveling to take our daughter to college. The hotel is clean and includes breakfast, and the price is very reasonable compared to other area hotels that are farther away. You can tell the housekeepers care about their work… beds always made and the presentation of the towels in the bathroom is appealing. Coffee and fruited ice water always available in the lobby!!!

Decor is outdated - not modern or fancy- but the hotel and rooms are clean. The toiletries are too small and not good quality. I would love if they had new toiletries next time including qtips and makeup remover pads so I dont have to pack these. Ive seen them offered at other hotels and they come in a little package.

Our towels and shower was dirty, the bed felt grimy, the carpet was dirty. we wasted $184 on this hotel for it to be dirty

Juveniles running the hallways till 1am banging on doors and being loud

The pool and outside smoking area.

Told housekeeping to redo sheets and clean rooms daily as I have children. Wanted a nice getaway where I didn’t have to clean. Only nice staff was manager. Will be calling her tomorrow.
