Very big property

Low budget, not the type of guest I care to be around. Room looked dingy, hair on bed, crack in the tub. Rooms not being cleaned right or kept up.

EVERYTHING- especially its VERY VERY DIRTY. It’s a BROTHEL. No peace at all . Don’t know why it’s still being promoted. Lots of hair in the bathroom, toilet dirty and bedsheet stain red - Nig stain

Bathroom was moderately clean. Floor in bedroom was dirty

They had our room at check in. They got us more pillows the next day when we asked.

Almost everything else. The room smelled like several dozen years of smoke and mildew. Room was too hot or too cold. The remote control for the TV didn't work. The air conditioning intake was leaking from the ceiling on top of us. The sink was backed up. The other guests were trashy and noisy. The room was not well maintained or clean. Only one light worked. The table would fall over if leaning on it the wrong way. The sheets were thin and no extra blankets. There had been a fire in our wing of the building recently. 4 of the rooms were condemned. The fire might have broken out because the guests are covering the smoke detectors with plastic so they can smoke in the room. The price for all of this was more than other full service stays.

Air con didn't work and we checked out early. Was very uncomfortable with the heat.
