It was available when my daughter got sick on a school trip

I came to the hotel to check in and was told to come back as there AC was not working & it was 113 . I came back at 3 to the office being locked & no one there. We called a number on a window and were told the AC was not working .They would not charge me for a room as they weren't checking anyone in. The following day , I was charged a no show fee !!!! I called them & explained what happened. The gentleman called the hotel and they hug up on him . He called back to no answer. He told me he was going to credit my card to which he has never done . They caused me an inconvenience and charged me on top of it !!! I am fighting this in any way I can !!! Do not stay at this hotel as they are thieves !!

I didn't like anything in the hotel, the pool was green and duty.

the A/C wasn't working and the staff was not helping us it was a horrible experience not coming back to the hotel, I stayed for 2 nights and they never fix the A/C.

I liked very much the size of the room, it was very spacious.

I didn't like that my last three days the air conditioning was not functioning and it was hot and very uncomfortable to be inside the room.
