Your phone system is absolutely horrible. I tried to call many times a day to ask a question about my reservation. Tried about 12 times a day for two weeks. Finally sent email and it took 2 weeks for response. I was starting to believe that booking.com might be a scam.

I liked the fact that it was easy to get to, the property looked out onto the golf course, it was close to grocery stores and restaurants

The bathtub had several large cracks in the floor and was leaking onto the ceiling in the kitchen below it. The vents for the furnace had not been cleaned in forever and there was a large accumulation of dirt and fuzz in them. The beds needed to be replaced. The carpets had not been cleaned properly in a long time.

Perfect condos. Exactly what we needed for our large family group while working in Indio for 2 weeks. They also easily accommodated our late check in and were very helpful throughout our stay with mini cleans and extra toiletries.

Staff was helpful.

Location was noisy, both behind and in front of condo. One night from 2:30-3:30 am party and fighting in street. Definitely needs updating in kitchen and bathroom. Tub was disgusting to use.

Location was exactly what we were looking for. Condo was in great shape. For an older place I wasn't expecting the renovations. Loved access to pool and hot tub and golf course. Price is reasonable

I wish the windows had been washed.

Lights in both bathrooms not working properly. Main bathroom no lights at all. Electrical outlet in living room very loose and shorting out.
