I feel safe.

The location, pool, spa and game room. The unit is clean and large with a nice kitchenette. The bed is very comfortable.
The blackout shades did not close completely and the street noice was loud and ended very light at nice and began again at around 4 in the morning. The speedway road is named that for good reason. If you are able request odd numbered rooms which face the pool area.

The room was very nice, great kitchen and included amenities. The staff were very nice and quick to help.
Location is a bit iffy, lots of panhandlers and similar. The intersection also has a lot of speeders so it made walking anywhere a bit unnerving.

I liked having a separate living room so I could set my sleeping tempature A/C lower.Staff was pleasant and friendly
I did NOT like that I was hearing traffic noise all night long because of the way my room faced.Speedway is a busy street, very obnoxious.Hotel needs to take measures to minimize the street noise guests hear

The suite was very spacious and the bedroom was fully separate from the living area. Did not use any of the "resort amenities." The kitchen was clean and nice to have some dishes for simple meals during my stay.
This does not have a resort feel- it is a hotel off a busy road. Good if you are passing through town and want more space than a typical hotel room.

my one bedroom suite was very clean and spacious.
The accommodations were too expensive for the property and the location. My room was noisy both from the street and the loud air conditioner. the staff was not rude but not friendly either and didn’t give me any information about the property when I checked in. Also, I stayed there for five nights without any housecleaning service.

Location was great. It was the awesome customer service that made this place an excellent choice.

It's a good location with free parking. We've stayed here many times but it was our first stay with my stepson so it was a plus to have a lot of games downstairs. It's conveniently located to restaurants we like, such as one of our favorites, Tito and Pep, as well as Feast which is walking distance. Centrally located and clean.
Long-story-short, the coffee pot in our room was broken the first morning. I went downstairs at 6:20am but the woman at the front desk couldn't care less because making coffee and replacing pots was "the maid's job" and they weren't in until 7am. She suggested I brew it again but while cleaning out the filter, I realized it was full of scalding hot water so had to drop it to avoid burning myself. Needless to say, it didn't work the second time so I had to get in my car and go buy coffee. They did finally bring us a new pot after I called again at 8am for the status.
We could have stayed in a cute little Airbnb in Sam Hughes but I wanted the service of a 24 hour hotel. However, they don't have 24 hour service so I'll probably try somewhere else next time. I have business in Tucson and it's probably around the 6th time I've stayed here. It's conveniently located to my business but so are a lot of other places.
Finally, they also didn't give me the room that I specifically asked for when I booked, so that was also disappointing.

I loved the location. It was close for food, shopping and entertainment. The view of the city from their corner room was just unbelievable. It was likedonething oubofthe movies. Thank you Varsity Clubs I will come back.
Honestly, the only thing that I didn't like was having to leave.

My suite was 225 - if you are lucky you might be assigned this. Nice and functional suite layout and big balcony facing away from the road. Nice mountain views from the balcony. Liked making my own in room breakfast and able to reheat leftovers or make frozen dinners in the microwave - saved a few dollars and time here.
Complimentary washer/dryer was a few steps away - and a fully equipped gym area as well. The hot tub was popular.
Everything was clean and UpToDate. Amanda at the front desk was exceptional - always ready to help and following through to ensure everything was good.
Within 5 minutes there are: an ATM, McDonalds, CVS pharmacy and a Discount Tire (where i had my 10 yr old tires with dry rot cracks replaced in an hour). Tucson Botanical garden and the City's public golf courses (with a great range and practice facilities) were less than a 10 minute drive.
Somewhat loud music in the pool area from 9 to evening. Would have like to turn AC off and open the patio door for fresh air, but the music was distracting. Also morning coffee in reception is only available after 7:30 - not good for early risers with early tee-times - but McD was across the street and the suites have coffee makers with all the supplies.

I have both business and family in Tucson and have stayed here several times before. It's central and close to many restaurants and activities. I like the nearby restaurants Feast (short walk) and Tito & Pep (short drive). There's also a lot of places with good vegan options in the area, like Del Cielo Tamal and Falora Pizza. The rooms are a little dated but exceptionally clean which is most important to me, and it's great to have a full kitchen. The bathrooms are always very clean and have plenty of counter space for getting ready. There's also plenty of free parking which is great. It's just about a 15 minute drive to either downtown or La Encantada in the foothills. Easy to get to most everything by car.
They add a 'resort fee' to your total before you reserve your room and it seems higher to me than other places I've stayed in town. You'll want to check the total price before committing. Regardless, I think it's still a good value for the money (even with the resort fee) for such a central location.

Our room smelled of smoke because the room next door had a smoking balcony. That was unpleasant. Because of the location it is almost always noisy, but we knew that. The smoke smell was the worst thing about our trip.

It was very clean and updated
We were in the front side of the property facing the main road so there was a little bit of road noise

Very clean, pretty room with an excellent layout, loved the deep tub in the bathroom, comfy bed, plenty of closet space/drawers, and a nice kitchenette with everything we needed. TV was also very good - nice picture. It was like a small apartment! The hotel staff checked in almost daily by text with us to see if everything was okay. Even brought me a tea kettle for hot water! Just sorry we didn't have time to take advantage of all the nice amenities like ping pong, the jacuzzi, pool, or fitness room. I also appreciated the complimentary laundry room with washers and dryers - very helpful! It was also a great location near my son's residence as well as stores, the car rental, the university, parks, coffee shops and cafes. Nice views of the mountains. .
We were given a room that faced the busy street, so I asked if we could be given a different room. The hotel staff person apologized saying they were totally full but we could switch on the Friday after Thanksgiving if we wanted. But actually, the room was quiet and we settled in, so we didn't switch. I was also surprised by extra fees that we had to pay for the resort when we arrived. I didn't notice them online when we booked the room. We ended up paying about $25.00 per day in addition to the fee I paid on booking.com - some of that may have been local tax? Part of it was a resort fee...
