The room was very nice. The only complaint is the pullout couch was very uncomfortable.The breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient to where we were going, and the variety of restaurants in the area was a plus.

The only thing I was displeased with was the pullout couch. There is not anything else that we didn't like.

Staff was good.

Very loud hotel. Everything echo’s and the walls are thin… The pool wasn’t heated (heater repair). We weren’t offered a discount. The pool was a heavy factor in why we decided to stay there…

I had a smoke detector going off in my room because the battery was low I called the front desk they told me they couldn't get anybody up there till the next morning

At first it was wonderful but when it came to anything we needed like towels or clean sheets and even a plunger we literally had to multiple times.

The manager was very unprofessional and actually lied, when I was promised maintenance I never received it. Our toilet got backed up and we plunged ourselves after asking for 3 days for maintenance to take a look and then once it overfilled I had to buy my own cleaning supplies. We walked to a nearby McDonald’s for a restroom because no one at the desk told us there were restrooms in the lobby, and they knew we were walking! We waited an entire day for a maintenance man to come and never saw him and they had no rooms available to move us and when the toilet overflowed at midnight we couldn’t check in anywhere else that late. We were promised a refund and then denied it when we asked about it at checkout. I have never been treated so poorly by any manager ever. If management was replaced I would’ve had no complaints I’m sure.

Linda, the receptionist, said my payment through booking.com wasn’t showing. I even showed her on my American Express app as well as called American Express and had them confirm the payment. she threatened to call the police and made us wait until 4am for us to get in our room. the worst ever do not go here.

The room was nice

We checked in at 1 am. The receptionist “couldn’t find” my reservation that was booked online and paid for. We didn’t get to our room until after 2 am. Terrible experience. Definitely will not be back.

I like the rooms and the space. I like the location it is close to a lot of restaurants and things to do.

I like joint rooms and they don't have many of them

The room was clean and spacious! The staff was friendly and hot breakfast was available the next morning!

The indoor pool water was a little cloudy.

Everyone enjoyed the breakfast. But there were no gluten free options and I literally staved all day as I was unable to find food anywhere.
