Nothing.
The room was filthy, the walls were paper thin and there was a party happening next door all night long. The shower had terrible water pressure and the floor of the tub was disgusting.
I got no sleep, when the “breakfast” was being served, there was no way that anyone could access it because of all the long term tenants living there and taking all of the food. The entire experience was awful. If I could get my money back, I would.

Convenient location with easy check-in and check out.
The room itself was basic and there was a lot of events going on that night making it a little loud as people went in and out of their rooms.

I booked through Booking.com and was charged for 3 nights up front. They never told the hotel that I paid in advance. The hotel (Karen) very rudely told me if I didn't give them a credit card, I would have to leave.
I'm stuck with trying to get my money back from Booking.com

The property was clean, room was clean. I was traveling with 2 small dogs and my elderly mother. Having a working microwave was great. Also, the nightlight in the bathroom was a WIN!
There was a refrigerator but didn’t seem to be cool enough to trust so we had to bring our coolers in from the car. In the fridge i wish they had access to a small freezer to refresh my ice packs. The freezer in the unit was frosted over. Extra blankets in the room would have been great.

Location
Key cards never worked and I had to get them rekeyed every single time I came in and out. I was on the second floor and this was very annoying. I had breakfast 2 out of the 5 days I was there. The other days it looked like they were feeding slop to pigs.

Hotel room beds and pillows were comfortable
Hotel room bathroom run down no vent no plug in bathtub. People staying at hotel were loud abrasive and smell of pot. At 6:00 am next morning hotel guests leaving loudly fighting in parking lot using foul language woke us up after driving 10 hrs previous day! The common bathroom on first floor filthy.

The room was handicapped so the toilet was higher which was nice for my mom. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
The first room we were given the refrigerator was not working. The second room the thermostat wasn't controlling the temperature so it was warm. We followed the directions but it said it was set for 68 and the room temperature was 74. The rug had at least 3 large areas that looks very dirty.

i’ve traveled many many times with free breakfast is unfortunately the boiled eggs and hash served that morning was not one of the finest and I am not at all a very picky eater. I appreciate free breakfast

Some hotels can be terrible off of I-95 in Virginia however, the Country Inn & Suites is perfect! Great location, access to numerous restaurants & bringing your dog, including a dog park!
The bathtub seemed old & dirty in our room (102). There were numerous people hanging around outside in the parking area which seemed weird & sketchy.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. it was a convenient location to I-95 and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel controls your room temperature. Although there is a thermostat in the room, it does nothing. It was freezing in the room, almost too cold to take a shower., Plus, they put me in a handicap room which I really did not appreciate.
Lastly, the hotel is old and is showing its age.
